At Noted Aromas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure that bottles remain at least 90% full to qualify for a return under our scent satisfaction guarantee.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.
Pack Your Fragrance
Carefully place the perfume bottle back into its original packaging and secure it in a sturdy mailing box to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
